With the new update in PlayStore 4.9.13 the debug option was broken. I disable the preference and default value is false. I didn't delete the code because could be useful...
Open App Info And in the Hide Apps list doesn't appear.  Sorry for the delay xD
It doesnt appear in the list to hide ... it appears in the app drawer, it cant be hide.  When you click it, it opens App Info.
