I think the reason why not only the captured region is captured is because of this line: https://github.com/wez/wezterm/blob/23211fc8a5df8ee3c491450f0fab54655c431ca9/termwiz/src/hyperlink.rs#L238 Capture 0 gets the entire match regardless of capture regions.
