[IKtweaks] legs bend when i look down

like the title says, my legs will bend when I look down and I don't know what I need to change to fix this so any help would be appreciated

trackers changed place everytime i take quest 2 off

so i just got a quest 2 with link and everything worked fine until i take my vr off. it makes my trackers change position and i need to re-calibrate...
