Can't figure out how to run

I tried to run the lua stackrabbit file from the emulator, and got this error. 

Can't find how to open teleport menu in older versions, even if I enable singleplayer hacks.

I'm trying to get to the infdev-2010227 farlands but can't find the menu to tp.
