Change the redirect uri in the clients table to https://developers.google.com/oauthplayground and it should fix this problem.

Bug with saml_url ?

You should be able to set the relay_state_url in the db to return to the /login-sso-redirect. As far as I am using I don't use the saml_url for the redirects.
