issue with helm_release upgrade

In case of the `loki-stack` helm chart (from https://grafana.github.io/helm-charts) none of the listed workarounds are working when upgrading the chart version.

@Tscherno würde man ja gern machen, wenn man eine "Übergabe" erhalten würde. Zudem wäre es gut, dieses Repo weiterführen zu können. Aber dafür müsste sich @hobbyquaker mal hier melden/äußern.

Use web_url in views/Plugin/Satis/Inventory/view.html.twig to link package?

This would be nice. But aware, that the `web_url` doesn't contain the URL of the terramar-labs/packages instance. Also aware, that there can be a mix of public packages (packagist.org), private...
