I resolved this by changing the mrq dependency to 0.2.1 in requirements.txt
My Wink app shows them as dimmable lights and I can dim them successfully via wink. In HomeKit I just get a toggle switch.
I do notice that when I turn a light on or off HomeBridge outputs: Changing target property 'powered' of the undefined called Lamp to 1 So it sees the device...
