Is this the root cause of cursor mode not changing? IE: in CMD  vs  Or should this be considered a new issue?

I'm working around this with: `Dev Tools → Application → Storage` and clicking "clear site storage"

FYI: HACS has also released a breaking change https://github.com/hacs/integration/releases/2.0.0 > HACS requires Home Assistant 2024.4.1 or later. Consolidating here as it's not clear a second issue adds value.
