Upon trying to split the following image (2 by 2) it merely says "The server returned an error"

Adds a check to prevent assign from trying to act on action posts missing a label. Likely not a common issue, but better safe than a crash.

I don't see an example here on how to do this, and self-experimentation has not helped either. Is this possible to to as-is? Or would this need to be added?

What are the minimal permissions the app would require out of the user scopes?
