Could not download the XML file when i click on "Translation download as XML" button.

I'm unable to download then xml file. I tried other search engines but could not success. 

I want to create customer profile but I didn't get any source how can I import its SDK in Android Studio. Customer Profile Link -> "https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/index.html#customer-profiles" any help?
