Same issue with my iPhone6 (v12.5.7) and iPhone11 with iOS 14. Only in release mode. Solved now using xCode 15.1
@d9media, yes with xCode 15.1 my app is running on iphone 6 Ios 12.5.7;
Seems like it will be solved after 1.103.0 version. I've downgraded to version 1.101.2 and it's working as usual. You can find the issue here: https://github.com/microsoft/live-share/issues/5234
