Would it be possible to add descriptions somehow, so people know exactly what the topic is? The automatically generated text isn't enough for all the groups.

Perhaps the server list could say "Apply to join"? "Apply to join" would cover all scenarios, including fast processing or waitlists. "Join Waitlist" implies only one scenario.
