XA61200主板上搭配RX550独显出现cpu死锁现象

部分同步到对象存储的镜像在纯ipv6环境下不可用

SJTU Mirror一部分镜像是同步到对象存储的，这一部分镜像由于会自动跳转到s3.jcloud.sjtu.edu.cn上的对象存储服务器，该s3服务并无v6地址解析，导致纯v6环境下无法使用这一些镜像。
