I have tried to improve the spelling and grammar of the guidelines (in American English). Content should not have changed.

* `BigRed::Hacks.pdf` breaks this repository on Windows (as there are no `:` allowed inside the filename), so I renamed it. * Updated all the YouTube embeddings to the latest code...

Could we implement a SQLite database instead of all those single files? SQLite should do the job perfectly and should also be available like _everywhere_. _(This is just a reminder...
