公众号在网页端上没有，所以无法实现的。
更改头像这个操作网页端做不了，因为这个库是基于网页端的。
字符集的锅，只能尽量用 UTF-8，实在不行就加一个错误处理，然后用空字符串替代这个人的昵称。 主要是现在某些人的昵称确实是。。。
已经找到了接口，功能已经在 JRT 中实现，明天发版就包含了。
