I'm currently in UTC-5 and when creating an event at 23:00, it isn't populating at the correct time in Google Calendar.

It's returning `15/2/2019 at 16:0(UTC +undefined)`

Here's an example: `8/11/2019 at 14:0(UTC +undefined) to 8/11/2019 at 18:0 (UTC +undefined)` is supposed to be 08:00-12:00
