I'm surprised that Marathon shows the tasks as dead when they aren't actually dead.

I've updated the title of the issue, as this can also affect other endpoints. @mcarlson-zero found it affecting the autoscaling endpoint, which bespoke autoscalers use.
I guess I'm more interested in paasta metastatus -vvv, which has become my default invocation of paasta metastatus.
...is it? I specified the instance through the menu. Why should it act any different than if I had specified it on the command line?
yeah but... I didn't ask for --interactive.
