I fixed this issue by deleting the .pth file created in eval_results.
I encountered the same issue due to an incorrect `depth_scale` unit in `scene_camera.json` of my dataset, causing the rendered point cloud to be too small and clipped when the camera...
By the way, here is the visualization result of bound and poses when training on my custom dataset, with `--bound 4 --scale 0.3`:  Should I change the parameters? Thanks.
