Cursor changes style while dragging

This is not a sortableJS bug. We wrote our own drag-sort class which has the same issue.

Bindings with specified `signal` binding behavior (BindingSignaler) are being dirty-checked / not waiting for signals to update the view from view-model getters.

@mattgaspar In a binding like this `` that doesn't seem to be the case. The one-time overrules the signal, no matter the order, or with string interpolation i.s.o. `.bind`

PHP version is 8.1. I think this only happens on ModX cloud **with Backstage**.

@bigopon Waiting for the task queue might be a better idea indeed. Our application makes several calls to the back end before everything is rendered. Maybe the Mutation Observer API...
