Audio Router cannot route audio from Overwatch

I am also seeing similar issues with Spotify. I am using the latest version of Spotify (installed, not the Store App), and the latest of Audio Router from your Appveyor....

Does this version of audiorouter retain settings after rebooting?

Allow use of alternate shell or start program

Changing the alias may have unwanted affects depending on what one is calling, but noted as a workaround

Automatic routing not working if audio application is already open (Spotify)

Actually, trying to route spotify after it's already running causes: https://i.imgur.com/GVl6JYv.png. Seems to happen regardless of whether it was already open or not.
