Sounds a lot like what we've been doing with Luminance, will be interesting to compare notes.

That's a solid "maybe". We have newer code running in production but it's a non-trivial amount of effort to prepare and test it for release.

PHP 7.4.3RCE1 now calls rawurlencode for encoding cookie's value

18 months later, any progress on this? FYI, version check shouldn't be necessary, just using rawurlencode() should correctly decode with either urldecode() or rawurldecode();
