Instant Crash on Open - 0xc0000005 The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.

### Describe the bug When attempting to open pcsx-redux.exe I started getting an instant crash on open. Opening ./.sentry-native/reports/fdb3a511-ec43-4196-8b48-262b38b0b604.dmp in Visual Studio 2022 I can see this is the crash...
