**Describe the Bug** autoscaling in web ui may use apiVersion: autoscaling/v2 but it send apiVersion: autoscaling/v2beta2  **Versions Used** KubeSphere: 3.4.0 Kubernetes: 1.27.4

it seems not work for windows

i install it in windows but after i run `flask shell` i can't input any thing, i tried with powershell and cmd,both have of them has the same problem
