Adding code to use pkg-config on linux and MacPorts, thanks to suggestion of @sodabrew. This modification let gem find icu-i18n easier, and let track lib names.

Wrong image version for FRR manifests

In the manifests relative to v0.12.1 (FRR release) the image used for metallb components, are tagged with main, not with version v01.12.1. https://github.com/metallb/metallb/blob/v0.12.1/manifests/metallb-frr.yaml

This patch enable nfs kerberos support in coreos. The add of compile options don't pull any new package, just enable the build of rpc.gssd binary used by kerberos.
