markup 'hover' doesn't work properly?

Hi, The hovering on the markups works properly with the inventor model. However, When I add the markups to Revit model it does not work properly. I am not sure...

I have observed that the label doesn't appear on the full-screen mode of the viewer. Is there any way to handle it? Thanks
