[Suggestion] Kuchera Ratio to improve snow water equivalent conversion to snowfall amount

Add the option to get the Kuchera ratio of snow instead of what I assume to be 10:1.

I don't know if this can really be fixed, but  the "tablist players" are showing in the Social Interactions Menu. I enabled experimentalTabCompleteFixForTabSize80 which just makes the names empty...
