In case you haven't found it already: `System.SaveAtlasToFile: "./example"` in the yaml file should be what you were looking for. It's mentioned on page 9 of [Calibration_Tutorial.pdf](https://github.com/UZ-SLAMLab/ORB_SLAM3/blob/master/Calibration_Tutorial.pdf)
