Tensorboard profiler issue (NO profiler data was found)

Hi everyone I am facing issues with tensorboard profiler. I tried to run the profiler on the official colab notebook but still, it didn't work I also tried downgrading tensorboard_plugin_profile...

Current updated code till 2.16 without complex changes

Fix: migrated to Sass module system and resolved variable scope issues
