It still is probably worth at least looking into since as it is endless mode breaks a lot of stuff (even whats in this mod)

To be fair the self report (using slurs as a name) probably makes predicting their bad behavior easier later but auto flagging might not be a bad option
you may want to have the muting be optional, in case people who use it -only- want to hide the avatars/users that get too close for comfort
If cloud the spawning node could take advantage of being able to perform lookup by name with resrecs that already exists that would probably be good enough imo
