⏳增加加载进度条

因为Vue的Dynamic Import需要一定时间加载js文件, 同时部分页面也会在`onMounted`中请求后端获取内容, 所以部分时候会有较长时间的白屏. 所以加了个进度条, ~~虽然不会让加载变得更快~~, 但是至少在告诉用户没有卡死 :)

根据之前群中的讨论, 初步实现了插眼(书签)功能. (插眼这个名字我觉得挺合适?) 现在实现了的有: - 对帖子进行插眼  - 在插眼帖子有评论时收到通知 - 取消插眼 还没实现但是预留了的有 - 查看所有插眼的内容 - 对评论, 文章进行插眼 - 设置插眼等级 (类似 GitHub 的 watch 不同等级) (必要性存疑)
