When specifying image/png as type in combination with widht, images dont get compressed at all

When specifying width(/or height) and the type, images won't get compressed at all. See screenshots from the demo:

Since upgrading to 4.x, i noticed that `extractFileToDisk` no longer recreates subfolders when extracting some zip archives. All files end up in the top-level output directory, effectively "flattening" the structure....
