Deno support

I'd wait until the feature has properly launched. Can't wait to start having better support for Deno, since I'm using Deno daily for my own projects.

Ghost shells and outputs are visible with transparency enabled

Have been having this same issue with transparency, have been trying to disable any potential configurations I have set, all the way to reinstalling everything, but eventually the ghost texts...

Publish 0.5.0 on npm

Maybe should create a Github workflow for that. Whenever there's a new release version on Github, push that version to npm as well. [Created a initial pull request](https://github.com/tursodatabase/kysely-libsql/pull/23) for this...
