[Bug] Sideloadly Installation Failure - missing PlugIns/NotificationContentExtension.appex (repeat of #492 as a bug)

I'm having issues with a particular version of this app. 19.49.3-5.1 fails to sideload with the error "guru meditation 8d61e2 [Errno 2] no such file or directory". Previous version 19.47.7-5.1...
