It is possible for the adblock part, but not for the rest. I will try to develop a mobile app first before I try to attempt this.

Regarding the fun fact. I recommend using ublock origins adblocking for all sites except netflix and my extension is just a fallback if that doesn't work. I use it myself....
Regarding the bug: Law and Order SVU is not available in my country germany. Is there another show that might be available here that has this issue? The Gargoyles cartoon...
From the console logs i can see that the skip button was only pressed once by my extension so the issue is likely due to disney not my extension if...
For the gargolyes cartoon: My extension uses the Disney internal skipping features, but that is also why if Disney doesn't show the skip into button, the intro won't be skipped....
