UTC is simplest (bear in mind on larger servers not all users will be in 1 given time zone) although this could be added to the embed time stamp field...
There's no handling of custom emojis in this PR as far as I can tell.
Update: I misinterpreted the original code. this appear to handle custom emoji just fine (basing it on the current code and not from actual testing)

The only file that would need to be changed here is the file that adds the play command all you'd have to do change the query argument to a consume...
