I believe it's a matter of (missing) dependencies that are not compiled-in *and* are not declared in the RPM. So, unless they're already in the system, the zerotier package won't...

I'm trying to "bisect" the missing packages by myself and it's painful, but with some attention from the devs it would be a snap...
