I'm not to fussed about it, I only bought it up in case someone with a bit more skill than myself could find the bug and fix it in hopeful...
It will not work on WSL because that cannot read hardware devices. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm hoping that [this](https://github.com/billziss-gh/winfsp) might enable it to work. Fingers crossed.
