Calling 'playQueueItem' immediately after changing the queue doesn't play, immediately resets queue when play called again later

i found a workaround to resolve it and it is wired : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67384011/xamarin-community-toolkit-tabview-switching-tabs-when-tapping-on-entry

Set CursorPosition after suggestion selected

i think this is achievable with a custom render of the control. in the custom render control you can do this for Android: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37010593/how-do-i-change-the-cursor-position-of-an-entry-manually-in-xamarin-forms
