[Web] Can't build games bigger than 2 GB

Most of the 3.2 GB is marked as a progressive download. So the player will initially only download 35 MB

Can't build the example site when there are files under content folder.

I cloned the repo so I should be on the latest version.

ATL contained in a button doesn't receive hover/idle events

I think this is because buttons are insensitive if there is no action specified.

Program hangs sometimes if discord has been in system tray for a long time.

This can cause the entire program to hang, while it is waiting for a response from Discord. If someone is using this as a package, they might randomly experience this...

Add option to include/exclude Steam support in distribution

I have seen this error when the steam version installed on the system is old.
