It sounds like it is not possible at the moment to achieve the expected behaviour. Android View [doesn't even provide](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/view/View#:~:text=ViewStructure%23setTransformation(Matrix)) the `setTransformation(Matrix)` method to do the skew.
