Some reply bound methods didn't have file_name parameters, so added them. Also use Union[str, BinaryIO] for thumb where missing.

Feature request: -s: print the allocated size of each file, in blocks

Print file size using -s and also take -h, -m, etc for output type i.e. human readable, megabytes, etc.

Replace gtk with qt

Replace the gtk version with the qt version from official arch repo. It will be easier to install. I accidentally installed the old vimiv from pacman, and it caused error...
