How about support for multiple IDs, Data values and such? Example: 3 grass, 5 spruce planks, 1 stone 2,3;4:1,5;1,1

Try fresh SG install, seems that there is some problem with messages, it should fix the error in console, also make sure you are running the right Bukkit, WorldEdit and...
What alias plugin are you using? I recommend CommandHelper (You can grab latest version here: http://build.sk89q.com/job/CommandHelper/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/target/), using it on SG server to simplify command where "/sg vote" is "/play".
