Add option to the listener so polling can be used in stead of events.

Events weren't fired on my machines, therefore I created the option to retrieve the Sonos data by polling. To make it clean I have added configurable options to the module.

Update introduction.md

I have created an MMM-Template module, with some explanation on how to use this. It will boost productivity as the basics are already there.
