How do you perform one offs such as sign in before starting the cluster?

Is there example code of such? Mainly im concerned with the other workers waiting on the very first one to sign in and then proceed, or if I could somehow...

browser extension restart problem

Edge is 'reinstalling' every browser extension every time I run it on a different computer. Would anyone know why it does it and how do I stop the behavior?
