Exceptions can be used to write trafarets. Anyway I don't see anything harmful in exceptions hierarchy.
please, don't make PRs for master branch, due I don't want to merge it with version2.

Не знаю что с этим делать. Насколько я вижу `\w` это как-то чересчур круто. С таким же успехом можно просто типа `http://.+` сделать и успокоиться :) Может вот этот вмержить...
Если прям надо серьёзно проверять урлы, в рабочем коде я бы написал трафарет поверх YARN.
Not sure about your keys not values approach. What do you want to check after all? And path of trafaret is not to create big bloated classes that can work...
It is a bit hard to do, and it is not right. Probably we can include something in part where trafaret is defined.
