在Guild类中添加了fetch_user_status方法来获取服务器的人数 修改了Guild类中的list_user，可以选择不输入channel参数 在Channel类中添加了list_user方法

在Message类里添加了update()方法用来更新消息 Client中添加了update_message()方法 Client中还添加了fetch_public_message()方法，可以通过msg_id获取一个PublicMessage对象

添加了fetch_category方法，补全了ChannelCategory类中的方法
