This is similar to #100, however, I added USB settings as well. This should fix #228 and close it.

Add support for WPA2 Enterprise networks in WIFI_CLIENT

Added two new variables to `setup.cfg`: `WIFI_CLIENT_USERNAME` and `WIFI_CLIENT_PASSWORD`. The `init_wifi.sh` script auto-detects when the network specified in `WIFI_CLIENT_SSID` is an enterprise network.

Does react-native even support vis.js?

On refresh, the current wifi scan is rendered useless

wifi.on('signal') doesnt work

Since I patched the node-wireless package myself anyway, I need to edit the code and fix up somethings about the network quality and strength. Shouldn't be too hard. I hope.
