Not sure if it's relevant but I've been having the same issue for a few weeks. I can send more info if needed. In my log the same 503 error...
After some fiddling with HTTP server to get that active and listening, installing InputStream Adaptive and configuring mpeg-dash I also got the failing videos to work again. Thanks! Not sure...
