I was just wondering if it would be possible for a new release of the gff package to be made sometime soon. The fix from #126 would be really nice...

uncompressed/unindexed bed file for callRegions

Would it be possible to add support for uncompressed, unindexed bed files for the `--callRegions` option? Bed files generally aren't that large, so compression and indexing seem a bit overkill.
