[Request] Add expandos to youtube clips.

Youtube implemented a clipping feature for videos and livestreams. Would it be possible to add expando support on posts linking to these clips? [Example post/clip](https://www.reddit.com/r/LivestreamFail/comments/p7jb29/doc_calls_out_all_of_the_streamers/)

Prevented plugin from attempting to squelch Bob in Battlegrounds games

At the start of Battlegrounds games, the plugin keeps trying to squelch Bob as if he were a normal player.
